Cancellation policy


Customers will receive a tracking number/code with their order confirmation. Please make sure that you enter your full address correctly before ordering, Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item and contact us via the email below if you have any problems.

We’re unable to make any changes to the address, contents, or cancel the order — even shortly after purchase.

If customers refuse delivery of the parcel  please do bear in mind that the associated shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and once we receive the parcel before  we issue you the a refund of the products cost only.
