Honestly I cannot say enough about this hair oil!i just purchased the entire kit, and sometimes with the shampoo I feel like I’ve been experiencing a bit more hair loss.. but that could also be change of weather, etc. however, I have been using the oil for two months and OH MY GOODNESS!!! I used to wear tight hair styles EVRRY day with clip in extensions & started to develop extreme thinning that you could see my scalp. After using this oil, I’m so happy to see that the thinning has decreased significantly and my hair is getting soo much thicker!
Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days of you placing the order using either DPD or Royal Mail depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is 3-17 Days However you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
All customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit, we are unable to determine what amount this will be.
Post Brexit, all EU Orders will have a customs charge as the parcel is being shipped from the UK which is no longer part of the EU. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the item and pay the customs fee to their relevant customs office. This charge is not a shipping charge but a clearing charge that is determined by the local governments. All orders are shipped tracked so please ensure that you keep an eye on this as there is a 16 day window you have to collect the parcel from when they are cleared.
